I was in the mood to work with colored pencils; so I redrew of two of my favorite Homestuck panels, 3275 and 3271! I really love the colors in these panels and the sense of direction- it was really fun to try and recreate that with my own lines!

I love the Kelp Forest and the many creatures within it. I originally wanted to make an illustration spread including as many creatures in it as I could,
but that ended up being too hard to compose. Still, I like these studies I did!

I felt like drawing in MS pain, and what better subject for that than Ms. Paint herself? I drew in only the default colors as a kind of added challenge, I felt it fith the theme.

Drawing of a spot at a local public garden. I started this July 15, and kept returning to that spot of the garden to keep working on it for a couple weeks. It was chill, I was listenign to The Magnus Archives basically the whole time I worked on it.

Because of this little botanical study, Cascade Penstemon (Penstemon Serrulatus) became my new favorite flower. I was very obsessed with plants that summer!
